A one-week juice cleanse and liver flush saved me from gallbladder surgery

Updated: Dec 9, 2020

I always knew some of the benefits to juicing. But never did I expect just how powerful a juice cleanse could be.

Until doing a juice cleanse was the only alternative I had to surgery.

On December 2nd 2017, I woke up to a strange pain on my right side underneath my ribs.

I tried stretching that area, hoping it was just a pulled tendon or something.

I even got a massage therapist to push into the area, thinking that applying pressure may make it go away.

After 2 days of progressively more intense painful spasms, I called the doctor.

Him: "Gallstones."

Me: "Huh?"

Him: "You have the exact pain associated with a gallstone that's trapped in one of your bile ducts."

Me: "Huh?"

We went back and forth like this for a bit. Mostly because I had never heard of my gallbladder, let alone knew what role it played in my overall health.

Him: "You need to have your gallstone removed."

Me: "WTF??"

Turns out the only solution for a gallstone attack in Western medicine is to have your gallbladder removed. End of story.

My sister wasn't having it.

Her: "You don't need surgery."

Me: "Huh?"

Her: "There HAS to be another way."

Me: "Ummm."

We went on like this for a while. Mostly because I had never point blank questioned a doctor's diagnosis.

But my sister pushed me to look at other options, and this is when we stumbled on...

The AMAZING Liver & Gallbladder Flush.

This easy one-week flush promised to expel anywhere from a dozen to hundreds of gallstones.

We researched it intensively, to make sure we had all the necessary tools to do it correctly, and then we went to work on following the steps.

For a week, my sister and I drank only vegetable juice, in preparation for the flush. She did the flush with me out of solidarity, because not eating for a week is a lot harder to do if someone else is eating around you the whole time.

After 5 days of juice, we prepared ourselves for the flush. I was beyond ready, because the pain had stayed with me during these 5 days, and it was hard to do anything, especially sleep.

The morning after the flush, we started to expel gallstones.

Turns out I didn't just have that ONE gallstone.

After 12 hours of back-and-forth bathroom trips, I had expelled at least 50.

And it was around this time that my pain completely went away.

Whatever gallstone had been blocking my duct had passed, among all the others.

Three months later, 5 hours before hopping on a plane to Panama, I felt that shooting spasmodic pain of another gallstone attack.

But this time I knew what to do.

I had read that doing just one flush wasn't going to be enough to rid my body of the years of cholesterol build-up. (And no, simply having a healthy diet is not enough to keep gallstones from forming in your liver.)

So, after 3 days of light eating while traveling through Panama - trying to ignore the surging pain - I did another flush. Within 24 hours, and about a hundred stones later - I was back to normal.

This information became a superpower.

Since having my first attack, I have led 21 people through this same 5-day juice cleanse and flush. And each one of them expelled gallstones they had no idea were in their body.

If you want to arm yourself with this same information superpower, read the book here.
